3. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. VijayLifeCare reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary. Payments must be completed successfully before order processing and shipment, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Customers may receive a phone call from our team to confirm their order details before dispatch. Customers are requested to provide accurate contact information and confirm their willingness to accept the order.
Order Confirmation, Dispatch & Refusal Policy
Once a customer confirms an order over a phone call and VijayLifeCare dispatches the order, the customer is expected to accept the delivery.
If the customer reconfirms their intention to receive the product during a second confirmation call after dispatch but subsequently refuses to accept the delivery, the order may be treated as a customer-initiated refusal.
Customers are therefore requested to place orders only when they genuinely intend to receive the products.
Prepaid Orders – Refund Policy for Customer Refusal
If a customer places a prepaid order, confirms it over a phone call, and the order is dispatched by VijayLifeCare, and the customer subsequently reconfirms the order during a second confirmation call but refuses to accept the delivery, the prepaid amount may be non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the
